Dr. Kavita Kiran Prasad's research focuses on Wireless Power Transfer (WPT), Power Electronics, Clean-tech (Photovoltaic Systems), Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Systems, and Applied Machine Learning.
During her doctoral studies, she optimized wireless charging systems for EV applications and developed AI/ML-based predictive models for EV user-behavior analysis and battery-monitoring.
As the Founder & Program Director of Urjeevi Labs, she has led interdisciplinary research and product development, filed 7 patents, and developed experiential STEM education programs that bridge engineering research with classroom learning.
